Catherine is the Tender Manager at Waves Group and is responsible for the preparation, submission and negotiation of tenders across all sectors of the business.

This includes the development of business relationships with key clients and sourcing new opportunities. She holds a Postgraduate diploma in Business law and a background in Marine Engineering gained through her time in the Royal Navy.
She has more than 20 years experience in the marine industry covering both technical and commercial aspects and has extensive global sales and contract experience in the maritime sector, including offshore oil and gas.
