Port Marine Operations Assurance

We have a wealth of marine operations experience, from pre-arrival forms to landing the pilot on departure. Our experts have experience in both operating ports and stevedores, along with casualty investigation and legal expert witness work.

We regularly undertake port marine safety auditing along with marine safety management system design, writing and reviewing for ports, and states, worldwide.  We are familiar with both statutory marine safety requirements, where duty holders and designated persons may be critical, to jurisdictions where the standards are more nebulous.  We have undertaken safety and risk mitigation for aquaculture sites where mixed-use water activities had heightened the risk to the public, including going right through to a full public enquiry.
